The Development Director for The Clearing is a local, and deeply committed to ensuring a wonderful addition to the local community. 

    • Geotech/Engineering

      The engineering, geotech, survey and planning is by Davis Ogilvie- one of Christchurch's largest multi-disciplinary consultancies.

    • Urban Design

      Urban design is by Novo Group Limited, a boutique design practice located in Christchurch.

    • Civil Construction

      Civil Construction is byNorWest Construction, another proud Canterbury firm.

    • Sales

      Section sales are lead by Maria Rickerby and Ruby Burney of PGG Wrightson Ltd. They have detailed knowledge of the offering, and can connect you with local building firms if required also
